Infrasonics Facilitation brings all that and more, it brings out the conversation that needs and wants to happen.

We facilitate meetings for setting or realigning mission and vision, goal setting, team or community building, conversations that get work done, and conflict resolution. We do pre-work where appropriate to prepare participants for optimally effective involvement. We use a variety of conversational forms to allow full participation by both extraverts and introverts. We can also teach the skills we are using so that you can use them in the future. And, we provide coaching so that you can have the next conversation even more effectively.

Blended Facilitation
