Saying No

Join me in the March 14, 2007 Atlanta Star94 drivetime segment, “The Ladies Room,” and listen in while the hosts, callers, and I discuss Saying No and People Pleasing. (Note: This is a large file and may take a moment to open, please be patient.)

Telecourse: Saying No

This course focuses specifically on the declaration No. Using a combination of interactive web-based facilitation and Skype or Bridge-line, participants explore their current ability to say No and expand their choices. Because the class is highly interactive, participants learn from and support each other. Because the class is web-based, participants have nearly instant access to the course materials and notes from their own conversations. Call (626) 799-7659 or email for information on the next session.

Telecourse: 5 Success Conversations

This class is a short, focused look at your use of the Five Fundamental Declarations: no, yes, I don’t know, gratitude, and forgiveness. Session one introduces the declarations. Session two explores your use of specific declarations and new choices you can act on. Session three looks at the results of the new choices you made since session two and at your direction for the future. Participants receive supporting materials, including a graphic organizer, on registration. Call (626) 799-7659 or email for information on the next session.

Telecourse: Exploring and Deepening 5 Declarations

This course is for those who want to spend some time focusing in depth on the fundamental declarations. Session one introduces/ reviews the declarations and focuses on the declaration “no.” Participants identify individual inquiries around their use of this declaration. Each following session opens with reports of your learning over the week. We then look at another declaration to observe and act on in the coming week. Hearing and coaching one another, we all grow in our ability to make these declarations in the world. Participants receive supporting materials, including a graphic organizer and inquiry formats, on registration. Call (626) 799-7659 or email for information on the next session.
