Kay's background includes extensive work in consulting, coaching, facilitating, and training individuals, teams, and organizations on a diverse range of development topics. After managing a project in a university setting, she worked in a consulting firm for many years before hanging out her own shingle. Kay's current passions focus on enabling people to work smarter together--to be more flexible, humane, and able to thrive in our fast-changing marketplace. Favorite training methodologies are experiential and practical-- in service of making work relationships more collaborative. She facilitates a personal mastery course in beautiful international settings.
Current clients include Agilent Technologies, Hewlett-Packard Company, Hitachi, Lucent Technologies, Motorola, National Semiconductor, Raychem/Tyco, Silicon Graphics, SGS Thomsen, Space Systems/Loral, Sun Microsystems, and Toshiba. Kay was the first Executive Director/CEO of the Health Medicine Institute, an integrative ("holistic") medicine practice.
She enjoys films and screenwriting, swimming, yoga, volunteering for environmental and "green" medicine social profits, and walking Molly the Canine Coach. She's also an ardent explorer of personal mastery/transformation and exciting global terrains. One life goal: to be totally comfortable and connected anywhere on the planet.
