Known for his ability to quickly put together the right theory and the right practical applications for his clients, Larry has designed and facilitated integrated Six Sigma, TQM and leadership skill building curriculums. He has helped organizations create, update, and communicate their strategy and has also helped clients to identify and address multicultural issues and concerns.
As an external consultant, he has consulted to a variety of manufacturing organizations , including Alcan Packaging, Mattel, York International, Rockwell International, SKF USA, and Honeywell MICRO SWITCH Division.
In the service sector , clients include Federal Express, Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Florida, USA TODAY, and South Jersey Hospital System. He also has consulted to not-for-profit institutions including UNICEF, Rotary International, Amnesty International, and the Community Progress Council.
He has extensive internal consulting experience as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Harley-Davidson and Manager, Total Quality for a division of AlliedSignal Aerospace.
Larry earned a Masters degree in Organizational Communication from Temple University and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. He has presented at ASTD, SIETAR, IQPC, IAF, Project World, Chaos Network, and other major professional conferences.
He authored Chapter 9, "A Comprehensive Approach to Organizational Learning: Total Learning Architecture" for the book, "Learning Architectures: Building Organizational and Individual Learning" by Warren R. Wilhelm.
Additionally, he is active in a learning community and collaborates with colleagues and clients in developing and testing new and integrative approaches to effective and lasting organizational change.
